Crafted using the Charmat method, this delightful sparkling wine is the result of hand-picked grapes and a gentle, soft pressing. Fermented in controlled temperature steel tanks and pressure vessels at 14-16°C, it preserves its vibrant character. The wine matures on the lees for three months before bottling, ensuring a crisp and lively profile.
