This charming Durello blend strikes a delicate balance between sweetness and acidity, making it perfect for those who prefer a subtly denser sparkling wine. It features a fresh fragrance of apples and pears, with zesty notes of lime and grapefruit, complemented by a velvety perlage and an inviting finish.

12% ABV (Alcohol by Volume)

Crafted using the Charmat method, this delightful sparkling drywine is the result of hand-picked grapes and a gentle, soft pressing. Fermented in controlled temperature steel tanks and pressure vessels at 14-16°C, it preserves its vibrant character. The wine matures on the lees for no less than three months before bottling.
