Awash in a beautiful pink-orange hue, this sparkling wine boasts a fine, persistent perlage that dances in the glass. On the nose, delicate aromas unfurl, revealing a hint of blossom followed by bursts of lime and grapefruit. But it's the red fruits that truly steal the show, with enticing fragrances of red cherry and redcurrant mingling with subtle nuances of dough. Medium-bodied and balanced by a cleansing acidity, this outstanding rosé leads to a satisfying and lengthy finish, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

12.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

The Durella and Pinot Noir grapes are carefully handpicked and crushed collectively so that the initial must is collected via the Short Maceration process. The initial fermentation unfolds in steel vats, maintaining a precise temperature of 14°-16°C. The journey continues as the young wine is bottled, paving the way for a second fermentation. A minimum 36-month aging period follows, with the wine resting on the lees in cool underground cellars. This meticulous process brings out the distinct character of the blend with the delightful acidity and zesty notes of Durella combined with the fruity aromas of Pinot Noir.
