This low intervention "ultra bio" sparkling wine reveals a subtle flinty note and the inviting presence of green fruits such as ripe pear. Additionally, it offers a zesty embrace of grapefruit and lime, spirited by enduring bubbles and a revitalizing, sharp acidity. All in all, it's a very enticing and delightful wine that harkens back to a time when a more natural approach to winemaking was the best option available.

12% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

Grapes hand-picked from Veronese pergola trellises and carefuly selected.
Only native yeasts are used and extracted meticulously from the grape skins via a controlled fermentation starter, followed by a brief 48-hour maceration and subsequent fermentation in cement tanks.
Maintaining a constant 80% humidity, the secondary in bottle fermentation is rigorously maintained at a steady 18°C for a total of 36 months on the lees.

Great as an aperitif, compliments dishes of hard cheese and crackers very well. Excellent with fatty fish and sea food.

All Zambon Vulcano wines are produced following rigorouse bio-methods with natural, indiginous yiest and no use chemical substances.

Beyond this window, we may not be able to consider returns, as wine products are particularly sensitive to continuous movement, temperature, and light and may not retain their quality during repeated transportation. Your understanding of this time frame is appreciated as it ensures that we can maintain the integrity and quality of our wine products.
