Alcohol Content

12.5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).

Production Method & Ageing

Cold stabilization at 0 degrees for 30 days precedes controlled-temperature fermentation using natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Following this, the wine undergoes a 10-month refinement period with regular batonnage, all while remaining in contact with its own yeasts.

Great for vegetarian dishes that include grilled or roasted servings. Also Ideal with seafood and seafood based pasta dishes. Equally good with medium strengh cheese.
